I tried two new recipes this week. First was chicken Parmesan lasagna. Layer your sauce on the bottom of the pan then place uncooked lasagna noodles on top. Next up is another layer of sauce then frozen chicken nuggets or strips and cheese. From there keep building in that order until you get to the top of pan. Bake at 350 for roughly an hour - it’s cold when you can put a knife through the noodle. Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top then back in oven till that melts and it’s done.
You can obviously use your own sauce recipe, make your own chicken nuggets etc if you want to avoid the heavily processed foods. I try to keep our consumption of those down as it’s better for our blood pressure.
