Hello...didn't get to go yesterday. Took the kids w/ me this morning so my usual 60 min. walk turned into a 75 min. cause I had to back track a couple of times. I told them to only do a mile and then turn for home. That I would see them there. But did they listen?? NO...but I got to hear them complain all the way back...ROFLMBO

Walked for about 1 and 45 minutes.
Drank Plenty of Water.
