i got this link from a blog i read (www.pediascribe.com) and i thought it would be helpful to some of us. it lets you track your goals online with visual charts its free and you can keep a log of what you have achieved. im going to set myself up a page

i set mine up so that i give myself a check for every 8oz of water i drink, for each no spend day, making the bed, 5 points for staying grocery budget for the week, 2 points for completing a house repair from my every growing list, and a point for decluttering.

im thinking of setting one up for DS its much easier than a sticker chart and he is computer savvy we could look at it at the end of the day

Great! thanks. I've set up some goals, but can't figure out how to get the journaling/logbook to work. Can't seem to open a page I can enter data into. Oh well. will try a bit later.
