I'm teaching two sections of non-credit chemistry at a local community college this Fall. I was offered and accepted the position earlier this week.
I have tutored before, been a TA for laboratory sections before (and sometimes gave a pre-lab lecture in this capacity), but this will be my first time being the actual course instructor.
I'd love to hear any advise or words of wisdom from FV's educator contingent on how to be a good instructor.
Thanks!
