Alfredo Sauce Recipe


Recipe Description
Alfredo recipe for pasta dishes and any other creative ideas.​
Preparation Steps:
1. Dissolve chicken bullion cubes in 1/2 cup water.
2. Melt butter over low heat in saucepan.
3. Gradually, stir in flour.
4. Continue stirring and gradually add half-and-half.
5. Add chicken bullion.
6. Increase heat to medium and continue stirring.
7. Cook until thickened.
8. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, if desired.​

Time Needed:
20 minutes​
Ingredients:
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup Parmesan cheese
garlic powder, to taste​
Serves:
4 - 6 servings​
Directions:
Serve over hot pasta and garnish with parsley.​
