Your bread looks delicious lparker. Hope you and your wife enjoy a wonderful dinner. Is it wheat bread ? Looks like a huge batch.

Yup, triple batch of ww bread. I don't use any white flour in my bread. All my wife can do is smell it...Atkin's diet :)
You are so bad the way you taunt her, this isn't the first time. :monke:

Oh yum!!! All I need is a torn off chunk and some good quality butter and I am all set.

You are baking that around someone who is doing Atkin's?!? That is soooo not nice!! lol

Lee,

Have you or your wife ever looked into spelt flour or Kamut ( my favorite)? I buy the berries and grind myself but you can buy the flour.

Kamut ( is an ancient wheat, so people with Celiac can't have ) is real high in protein so if your wife is on Atkins for the protein and no carbs this is at least a great protein for bread cookies etc. and the taste is out of this world.
