This is getting ridiculous! All day yesterday it SNOWED!!!!!

It wasn't sticking, but was bitter cold out with the wind. I get up this morning, and everything but the road is covered in SNOW!!

Will it ever end? This is downright depressing.

It is the end of April and it started in October of last year. At this rate we will probably go from winter to summer and just skip spring altogether. There are hardly and buds on the trees and I think it killed the daffodils and crocus!!

Oh man Do I ever agree!! ENOUGH!! I am soo tired of this. I went walking this morning and just about froze to death!! I mean c'mon it IS APRIL 24 after all!!!

But take heart, it is supposed to be around 50 this afternoon-I'll believe it when I feel it!!

Diana, I'm so sorry. Those daffodils and crocus's are pretty hardy though, so hopefully the snow won't have killed them. Also hoping this is the last of it.

We've had way above normal temperatures here for this time of the year. Very unusual.

** knock on wood ** We have not got snow but it has been a bit cold here ... but living in Chicago all my life I have leaned that it can be 80 and sunny one minute and below zero the next with snow :laugh:

i feel your pain ladies. my neighbor told me that last night there was snow falling. thankfully it didn't stick around though.
it better get up to at least 50 today. i'm trying to dry laundry outside and ds is supposed to have tball practice. it was cancelled last week because of cold. they have had 1 practice and opening day is sunday.

Tell me about it Diana- they cancelled my son's baseball game yesterday because of the snow. At this rate they will have games back to back just to make up all they have missed. Yuck- I'm ready for SPRING!!

we had hail off and on tuesday, beat down my daff's and tulips real bad. (hailed 3 times at least) Then yesterday it snowed. now tomorrow it is supposed to be in the 60's!!!! i am about to give up! lol
