Amazing Banana "Ice Cream"​

Recipe Description

I just made this for the first time and am amazed at how great this tastes. Exactly like banana ice cream! It comes out like softserve, so I have put it in the freezer to ripen. I am not sure I will ever bother with the fat and calories of regular ice cream again. This does not taste like a low fat product. It is very rich and creamy.​

Preparation Steps:

Freeze a Banana or Bananas​

Time Needed:

5 minutes​

Ingredients:

banana(s)
milk​

Serves:

some​

Directions:

Peel subject banana(s), chop into chucks, and put into your food processor. Blend with a splash of milk until creamy.

Then eat.​

Delicious but my DD calls that a banana smoothy. Add choc. syrup and I'll listen.

I just tried this. The consistency is surprisingly close to real ice cream! It was pretty good, I had read about this some where else where they suggested adding nutella, which I think I will try next time... Thank you for posting and reminding me about this!
