There is recipe in here for crockpot rotisserie chicken that says "place the chicken back-side down on top of the foil"...thus my question:

When you say "backside", do you mean cavity down or do you mean back bone, ie. breasts facing up?

I think they mean backbone down.

Yep, breast side up like Ceashells said. I wonder why they couldn't just say that in the recipe, makes people go huh?! the way they described it I think.

How was your chicken and lol about the graphic chicken images. :chicken:
