The LCD monitor for my laptop got broken today (thanks to a very unhelpful 2 year old...). Searched for a replacement and the darn things are over $100.

Was wondering if any of you knew of a place?

Thanks!!

Do you have a desktop monitor, I know a lot of laptops come with a way to hook them up to a desktop monitor for dual monitoring all you would have to do is set it up to where both the would be laptop monitor and the second monitor show the same thing. Although I am not sure you can do that without the original monitor I've never had to try it.

I thought about that, but sadly don't trust my little guy (or the animals) enough to stay away..lol

I did however (after a ton of searching) find one on e-bay that I was able to get. $29.05 including shipping, which beats the pants off of $130 for a new one!

Will definitely keep in mind the desktop monitor in-case it happens again. Of course if it does, I may have to hang the little guy by his toes....totally kidding!!
