Do you have a desktop monitor, I know a lot of laptops come with a way to hook them up to a desktop monitor for dual monitoring all you would have to do is set it up to where both the would be laptop monitor and the second monitor show the same thing. Although I am not sure you can do that without the original monitor I've never had to try it.
