I got this recipe from my WW leader and it is great.

Apple Salad

1 box butterscotch sf/ff/pudding
2 apples peeled and diced
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in own juice
1 container cool whip

Mix all together well, do not drain pineapple. Chill for 4 hours. Stir well before serving. 1 pt. per cup Counts as a fruit serving and tastes like dessert.

I'm going to try this. :yes:

What kind of apples did you use? A sweet variety or one like Granny Smith?
