Here's what April looked like for me. I met my goal of losing 5 pounds this month. Yeah!!!

Days OP (on program - Weight Watcher's) -- 27/30

3 days over points (my range is 20-25 pts. daily)

Starting weight, April 1 - 177 pounds
Ending weight, April 29 - 172 pounds

Exercised - 19/30

How did everyone else do with their April goals?

I met or exceeded all my goals but drinking water.

I'm walking further, biking more and lost 12 lbs. instead of 8. I've been on my vegetarian diet now going on a full 3 weeks and I'm feeling the best I've felt in months and months.

Last night I walked 1.98 miles, unheard of for me in about 25 years. It felt so good to accomplish that.

Now I really need to work on the drinking part.

I met all my goals for the Month of April!! WooHoo!!
I did not really set a weight loss goal, I set an exercise goal of walking everday and I accompished that, with a side bonus of 7.3 pounds lost.

I have been drinking my water-at least 2 qts per day, usually 3 or 4.

It's so good to see everyone and all their accomplishments!!
