Ok I am going to join you. I am going to start at committing to 30 - 45 (5 times a week). I have some weight to lose and this is a great way to kick start it.
My jeans are not fitting me
and I am NOT going to buy bigger ones lol. DF and I are getting married some time this fall or winter and I am going to meet his DD and grandkids for the first time around Christmas. So I am wanting and NEEDING to get healthier and lose some weight.
