Ran 3 miles at the high school track tonight. Beautiful evening.

Did 12000 steps today.

Ughh i need to start exercising as well. I gained literally 20 pounds over the past 2 months!!!

Did 11000 steps today and walked with boys after dinner

45 minutes on the treadmill today.
