OK so July's goals did not turn out so well. Lets try this again

Participate in the Cancer Walk DONE 8/6/05
Visit Morgan in Ohio for one weekend DONE 8/13/05
Gather up items from the craft closet and my clothes closet for
a garage sale or flea market
Paint on my bench and finish it by end of the month
Walk the treadmill three times a week
Exercise on balance ball two times a week
Lose 4 pounds 2.06 down 8/4/05

Revisit goals at the end of the month and set goals for September

I really have one main goal:
Stick to my budget. I normally deviate from my budget because I never would allot any fun expense or entertainment expense. This time I gave myself an entertainment/fun expense allowance of $25/week. So I am hoping that my new budget will work out.

My minor goals include:
Continue excercising, including the weekends (I go biking, use the hoola hoop and lift weights).
Continue eating healthy, homemade foods (I made flour tortillas tonight and then quesadillas. It came out really well!), which should help with me trying to get into shape.
Keep up with all school work.
Get to work at 8AM everyday, so I can leave at 5PM and reach all deadlines.
Smile more (I am still working on this)

Ok, made blackberry jelly tonight. Never made it before and it turned out very well so I am quite pleased. Have half a jar in the fridge to eat now and five more ready for the pantry. I may use a few jars as part of a holiday gift.
Hope to work on the first batch of cornbcob jelly tomorrow night.

Second batch of corn cob jelly did not set. I am taking this off my to do list as I dont think it is worth wasting any more time, effort or money on! AUGHHH. On the bright side lost .8 of a pound this week. Not a whole pound but at least not a gain!

I'd like to join, if that's ok...

For August:

1. Make a big dent in my wedding pictures. Our two year aniversary is this month and all of the pictures are still sitting in various boxes, unsorted. I hope to get them in albums and do a little scrapbook thing. I know that I won't finish it this month, but the goal is to at least have all the pictures sorted.
2. Actually take my big box of stuff to donate to the Salvation Army. It has been sitting in my living room for almost 4 months.
3. Actually go to the library, check out some books. I keep meaning to go, but haven't gotten around to it since we moved here last November.
