Rye wheat ground up!!! Bet you thought I was going to say something else seeing as we live in the country, right!!!

I'm making Pumpernickel bread today and have never ground up rye wheat, but the smell of freshly ground rye wheat is incredible!! My kitchen is filled with the smell.

I love my grainmill and have got to say it was one of the best investments I've made!!

Later today, if anyone wants to drop over for a fresh slice of pumpernickel bread, with new strawberry/rhubarb jam and a cup of tea, your more than welcome!!

Well the ww oatmeal bread is excellant, although it didn't rise quite as much as I would have liked. I do need to have some different pans for it to rise on.

The pumpernickel bread :laugh: Its going to be flat bread by the time its cooked!!! I did something wrong thats for sure!!! :laugh:
