- Tonka toys were made of metal and lasted for generations...
- Few toys and playthings relied on batteries...
- Very little in the way of disposable things...
- Moms stayed at home to raise their babies and hold down the fort...
- Families relied on a single vehicle...
- Home-cooked meals...
- People lived in the same home for decades...
- On Sunday's, stores were closed...
