Bacon, Spinach and Swiss Quiche
Recipe Description
A great blend of flavors with a fantastic texture. This is the best quiche I've ever made.
Preparation Steps:Make a pie crust. I use butter in my crusts. Filling fills a standard Pyrex glass pie dish.
Level of Difficulty:Easy
Time Needed:20 minutes
Ingredients:uncooked pie crust
5 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4 well beaten eggs
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
3 slices crisp cooked bacon

makes 8 servings
Directions:Preheat oven to 400*.
Blend together all ingredients except bacon.
Pour into prepared crust.
Crumble bacon over top of quiche and cover with foil.
Bake 45 minutes. Uncover. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Cool 15-30 minutes before serving.
Freezes well.
