<DIV>4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves</DIV>
<DIV>seasoning salt and pepper</DIV>
<DIV>1 garlic clove, crushed</DIV>
<DIV>2 tbsp olive oil</DIV>
<DIV>2 tbsp tarragon vinegar</DIV>
<DIV>1/3 cup dry sherry</DIV>

<DIV>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. </DIV>
<DIV>Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt and pepper.</DIV>
<DIV>Crush garlic into oil and vinegar in a skillet and place over medium high heat.</DIV>
<DIV>Saute chicken breasts until golden brown, turning frequently. </DIV>
<DIV>Remove and place in a baking dish. </DIV>
<DIV>Pour sherry over and place in oven for 10 minutes.</DIV>
