Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni


Recipe Description
I make this a couple times a month. Easy, quick and heats in microwave well. I like to vary the taste by using the different flavors diced tomatoes.​
Preparation Steps:

Time Needed:
30 to 60 minutes​
Ingredients:
8 ounces rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup cubed pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cans tomato sauce or equal homemade
1 can favorite flavored diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese​
Serves:

Directions:
Heat oven to 375F. In a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer half the ingredients, ending with mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Don't overbake or will be dry. If happens add a tablespoon of water and stir​
