These are so yummy!!!!

Bananas Foster Snickerdoodles

2 3/4 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Cream of tartar
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Butter, softened
1/4 ts Salt
2Eggs
1 c mashed banana
1/2 ts Brandy extract
1/2 ts Rum extract

2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400
1.In a mixer bowl cream butter and sugar; add the eggs and extracts; beat well.
2.Sift the flour, cream of tartar, sugar and baking soda; add to butter mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly; add banana, mix well.
3.In small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon; stir to blend. Shape rounded teaspoonful of dough into 1" balls; roll in sugar mixture. place 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake near center of 400 oven for 8 to 10 min. or until edges are lightly browned; do not overbake. Let cool on wire rack and store in airtight container.

These sound so yummy. I am on vacation next week and I plan to do some baking so I will be trying these out. Thanks for the recipe.

I missed this post the first time and found it when doing a search for snickerdoodles. They sound yummy!
