Ingredients:2 stalks celery chopped
1/2 onion chopped (I used red onion, if you have stronger onion, use less)
2 Tbsp seasme oil
1/2 Tbsp rosemary infused oil (veg or olive oil)
Dash fresh black pepper
Dash sea salt
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Cup carrot sliced
1 Cup washed and rinsed lentils
3/4 Cup barley
1 Tbsp tamari/soy sauce (optional)
Serves:1/2 onion chopped (I used red onion, if you have stronger onion, use less)

Directions:Saute chopped onion and celery in the oil until translucent. Add water (or veg stock)about 6-8 cups (or as desired.) Add carrots, and seasonings. Bring water to a rolling boil. Add the lentils and barley. Simmer for about 45 minutes. Add the soy sauce if desired, and serve.
