Here's one of the lists for our area. Notice there are several pages. These prices ARE negotiable from the few people we've talked to. What's the foreclosure market like in your neck of the woods???

I've never seen a listing for one myself, but then again I've never looked & wouldn't know what to look for ... not sure how it works in Canada if they readily say its a foreclosure?? Those prices look amazing!! Are you looking at buying one, or just looking?? I love just looking at the house listings and keeping up with the market

We're playing with the idea of buying one in the 30ish bracket. It will depend more on location than anything else.

Yikes! There were 29 pages in my zip code, and that didn't include the one down the street from me. Some of the prices would be bargains, others not so much.

There are 625 homes in my area in preforeclosure but surprisingly very few were actually in foreclosure. And the very few that are were all selling for more then 10o thousand. So no deals here.

Thanks for the link. Never knew there was such a site. I was checking out an area we're considering buy at and Wow! there are a lot and good prices too.
