Basic Green Smoothie
Recipe Description
This is a basic smoothie recipe. It's what I use in the winter when fresh fruit is more expensive. You can also try adding some healthy extras like flax seeds, parsley, ginger, beets, etc.

Ingredients:1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
Serves:1 cup frozen berries
1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
Directions:Throw ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
