BBQ Meatballs
Recipe Description
Make ahead meatballs for crockpot
Preparation Steps:Combine all meatball ingredients. Shape in to walnut-sized balls. Pleace on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze. When fully frozen, place in plastic bag until needed.

Ingredients:3lbs ground beef
5-oz evaporated milk
1 cup dry oatmeal
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder
SAUCE:
2 cups ketchup
1 cup br. sugar
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c chopped onion

Directions:Place frozen meatballs in slowcooker. Cover. Cook on High as you mix up sauce.
Pour combined sauce ingredients over meatballs. Stir.
Cover. Continue cooking on High 1 hour. Stir. Turn to LOW and cook 6-9 hours.
