This is not the first time I've heard it said that their men do not appreciate beans. I am glad to know it's not just my guys. Anyway I can work beans into meal and not have it seem like they are eating beans is a winner to me! Although I think my DH's getting used to more beans hitting the supper plate, he actually asked for bean burgers not that long ago. :tay:

I was thinking the same going to try it with my Caputo 00 flour. Will let you all know.

The cupcakes should be delicious, I have made brownies and cakes with beans before. The brownies are real fudgy and you can't tell there is beans in it.

I've had bean brownies before with beans and it was really good. Never been that daring or creative to make it myself. I should though!

Caputo 00 flour? I've never heard of it, do tell.

I've been making baked goods with beans, I listed a bunch of recipes in this healthy cooking forum. You absolutely can not tell that there is beans in them, and very moist. Big Bonus, they are filling!
