Beef Stew
Recipe Description
Delicious and easy. Especially great on a cold fall or winter day
Preparation Steps:

Time Needed:
Ingredients:3 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, cubed
2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
2 c. water
2 bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3 onions, chopped (*I used only one onion)
1 reib celery, sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cold water

Directions:1. Combine all ingredients

and 1/3 c. water in slow
cooker. Mix well.
2. Dissolve flour into the
1/3 c. water. Stir into
meat. Cook on high until
thickened, about 10 min.
3. Add meat to crockpot. Cover
and cook on low for 8 hrs.
