Hi everyone!

As you all may have noticed, I haven't been around much....oh, I have been checking in once in awhile, but really have been doing a lot of soul searching and needed time to really think. Now that I have made some decisions (see my next thread, haha) I feel like posting again!

I miss you all....I need some updates, lol!
It sounds like everyone is doing wonderful on their LFL program, I too, am still plugging away...I am at a plateau, but I am enjoying the new running program I am doing.
People have moved, a new baby has arrived....Congratulations:smball:
