My teen daughter handed me a pair of her jama bottoms that she had "stained". she said she thought the jama bottoms were too stained and should be thrown away. Little did she know that I could treat them and they would be good as new. I got this off a diaper site.

Here is the recipe.

6-8 cups water
1/4 cup laundry detergent
1/4 to 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide

By the way ALL the stain came ouf of the jammie bottoms.

Did you wash them in that or soak them in it then wash?
I usually just pour peroxide over it, but can never get everything out.
I soak the items in the solution to loosen up the blood from the fibers and then thrown in the wash. I wash in cold water just in case all the stain didn't get out since hot water sets stains.

Yep, all of us nurses know about peroxide for blood. And rubbing alcohol or hairspray for when your ink pen leaks in your pocket.
