Blueberry Pie
Recipe Description
Delicious way to use up blueberries. Recipe is from:

Preheat oven to 375º
Rinse blueberries and pick out stems.

Time Needed:1 hr baking time plus about 10 min prep time
Ingredients:~3-4 cups of Blueberries fresh or frozen
~7 T. corn starch
~3 T. water (or grape juice)
~2 T. lemon juice
~9 inch graham cracker pie crust
~1 tsp cinnamon
~1/4 tsp allspice
~2/3 c. sugar
* Crumb topping:
~1/4 cup sugar
~1/2 cup flour
~1/4 cup butter or margarine
Serves:~7 T. corn starch

~2 T. lemon juice

Directions:1. Combine the 2/3 c. sugar , 7 Tablespoons of cornstarch, and spices in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the 2 T. of lemon juice, and 3 T. of water (or grape juice) and stir it up.
3. Add the blueberries to the pie crust. Just pour them in. It will cook down, so don't worry if they mound up about an inch above the edge of the plate.
4. Pour the mixture of sugar, juice, etc. into the pie all over the blueberries.
5. Mix topping in a small bowl and sprinkle it over the pie:
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/4 butter or margarine
6. Bake pie for 1 hr until golden & bubbling.
