Blueberry Rhubarb Crunch
Recipe Description
A versatile dish that can use many kinds of fruit.
Preparation Steps:Any fruit can be used. The amount of fruit is an approximation. Add sugar to taste depending on the tartness of your rhubarb and blueberries.

Time Needed:40 minutes @ 375 F

3c rhubarb
3c blueberries
1c sugar
3T flour

1c oats
1.5c flour
0.5c butter or margarine
0.5c vegetable shortening

Directions:Combine rhubarb, blueberries, sugar and flour. Place mixture in a greased oven safe pan.
Combine brown sugar, oats, and flour. Cut in butter/margarine and shortening until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over fruit. Bake @ 375 F for 40 minutes.
