Okay, Im gonna try this. I made some Bridgeford rolls for easter and decided I deserve homemade bread. So there!

Question about CJ"S thread "101

About the flour, is it add four cups of flour, then four more, then four more? totaling 12? Dont want to screw it up before I even start. I thought I would have to go and get lots of ingredients, I am shocked that I will only need yeast.

I guess its obvious that Im not much of a baker YET!

Robin, yes. You add 4 cups, mix well, add another 4, mix well and the the last 4 cups, mix well and then knead, unless your using a KA. If your using a KA mixer, you would do the same thing, only you wouldn't have to do all the kneading at the end.
