I am terrible at making biscuits. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I may give it a try.

Have you ever tried freezing the dough? When you make a batch, if it's more than you'll eat right away, you can put the extra biscuit dough (rolled and cut out) on a cookie sheet in the freezer. Once they are frozen transfer to ziplock or vacuum seal bags. Then, when you want quick biscuits, just pop them in the oven!
