Cajun Spice Mix

Recipe Description
This goes well on top of shrimp, chicken, fish, and sprinkled on top of baked potatoes or even corn on the cob. This spice mix can be best described as something between Old Bay Seasoning, and Tony Casares seasoning.
Preparation Steps:
Level of Difficulty:
Time Needed:
About 15 minutes
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
About 1/3 cup
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container. This is better if you can blend with a mortar and pestle, or in a spice blender.
