I don't know what RAc is. MSN is a master's in nursing. We have a physician that prescribes TUMS for calcium supplementation here. There was some controversy for a while, but apparently it is an absorbable form of calcium.

The most interesting thing about Calcium, to me, is that it has been shown to reduce the symptoms of PMS if used regularlly!

Daily dosage, for suppement, is 1000mg of "available" calcium. Vitamin D aids in absorbtion.

Duh, she has a master's in nutrition and is a registered actupuncture(ist?)
