Can I make decaf coffee from used coffee grounds?

~I'm wondering if anyone knows how much caffeine is in a cup of coffee made from used, caffeinated grounds.
I know when you brew tea the majority of the caffeine comes out in the first 30 seconds so you can use the 30 second old bag to make a cup of almost decaf tea.
Does it work similarly for coffee?
We're spending a fortune on coffee and since DH likes caffeine and I don't, I'd love to save money by re-using his grounds.~

Yup, works the same with coffee, only I think I read 1 minute with coffee. One of the ways they make decaf by soaking the coffee in cold water then drying the grounds.
