Can I freeze the mac and cheese I make in my crockpot? I know this seems silly, just wasn't sure with the cooked cheese and all..just thinking if I could I'd make a double batch and then freeze 1/2 for when I need to make something else.
What else is good to make a double batch of and freeze?

I freeze macaroni and cheese all the time without difficulty. I don't know how you make it in the crock pot, but mine is just a basic white sauce with cheddar.

I would leave the pasta a tad undercooked if I was going to freeze it, that way it wouldn't get soggy when I went to re-heat it.

Sure you can. My rule of thumb is - if it is available in frozen foods, then it can be frozen from my recipe.

Yeah, it can be frozen. Most anything can be frozen. A stroll down the frozen foods aisle at the store gives me all kinds of ideas for make ahead and freeze meals.

Sure you can... in fact I've even been known to freeze leftover boxed mac and cheese for a quick lunch on a later date.

The only tip/suggestion is that when you reheat it, you might need to add a bit of milk to make it 'creamier' because sometimes I have noticed the cheese kinda gets separated. Of course, BF would have to add some more shredded cheese to it when he reheats it.
