Ok I'm having brain infarction, I have a 98'x60' room and I need to figure out how many ceiling tiles I need. I multiplied the LxW and divided it by the amount of tiles in the box. Is this right? TIA
You didn't say the size of the tile but you will need enough boxes to cover the sq footage of the room..also you want to add 10% scrap to the sq footage.
They are 12 inch tiles. I am redoing my entry way and the people that owned this house had a thing for wallpaper. So I was going to strip the paper and then I thought why if I am putting ceiling tile in the living room that's right off the entryway. . When they papered every room they overlapped it and I have more overlaps than paper.I figured I will need somewhere around around 50 tiles. Thanks
