Chicken Corn Cowder
Recipe Description
Cowder
Preparation Steps:If using dehydrated items the prep is very minimal. If using fresh chopping and cutting is really the only prep involved. If using leftover cooked chicken pull it off the bone.
Level of Difficulty:Easy
Time Needed:20-30-min chopping if using fresh
Ingredients:1 lb chicken/can be left over cooked or can be raw cut up
1/4 cup dehydrated corn/or 1 can regular
2-3 tbsp dehydrated onion/or 1/4-1/2 regular
2 tbs dehyrated celery/or 1-2 stalks reg
one can creamed corn
1/2 large sweet potatoe
1/3 cup dehydrated carrots
salt and pepper to taste
6 cups water.
Serves:1/4 cup dehydrated corn/or 1 can regular

Directions:Put 6 cups water in large pot. (while cooking you can add more if you want it thinner or to stretch it.
add all other ingredients and cook till all items are re-hydrated and tender. And if using raw chicken that the chicken it cooked through.
