I got this from the new Southern Living:

1 qt. chicken stock (I used homemade from frozen)
1 bag frozen peas and carrots (not in original recipe)
1 can cream of celery soup (any cream of ____ would work I think)
2+ cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 tsp poultry seasoning (I used Old Bay)
1 tsp salt
1 10-oz can biscuits, separate and quarter

Bring the first two ingredients to a boil, stir in everything else but the biscuits. Bring back to a boil and turn down to a simmer. Drop biscuit pieces in one by one stirring lightly and be careful not to let them stick together. Cook for 5 minutes once all have been added. Cover and let sit for a minute or two. Serve. Makes 4-5 LARGE servings.
