Chicken Fingers

Family-favorite chicken fingers get their flavor from seasoned bread crumbs. Jazz them up with an assortment of mild-to-hot dippers.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves or thighs, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 cup Progresso® Italian Style Bread Crumbs*
Spaghetti sauce, heated
Preparation Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, beat egg slightly. Dip chicken strips in egg; roll in bread crumbs, coating evenly. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and coating is crisp. Serve with warm spaghetti sauce.
Tips:
* Progresso® Garlic and Herb or Parmesan Bread Crumbs can be substituted for the Italian Style Bread Crumbs.

Sounds easy and WONDERFUL!
I like to make my own chicken fingers b/c I know what parts of the chicken are under that coating. LOL And the Boys LOVE THEM!
I will have to give yours a try.
