Chicken Tetrazzini


Recipe Description
This dish is so good! It even taste good the next day when you heat it up.​
Preparation Steps:
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray your 13" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.​

Time Needed:
Ingredients:
¼ cup Butter or Margarine
¼ cup Flour
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 (8 oz) pkg Spaghetti, cooked
2 cups Chicken, cubed
1 (8 oz) pkg Button Mushrooms, sliced
½ cup Cheddar Cheese
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 Cup Milnot, evaporated milk​
Serves:
Makes a 13" x 9" baking dish​
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from the heat. Stir in the chicken broth and Milnot. Heat to boiling.

2. Stir in the cooked spaghetti, chicken, cheddar cheese and mushrooms.

3. Pour into an ungreased, 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.


Note: When I do this, I usually use the entire can of Milnot, to make it more bubbly. I also substitute 2 cans of mushrooms (cause we love mushrooms) when I don’t have the fresh button mushrooms on hand.​
