Very thick cheesecake consistency. I plan on trying the florida avocados instead of the haas. Thick the florida avocados will have a milder flavor.​

Yup, I thought it would be dangerous also. Oddly enough I find it very filling and do not feel the need to finish it all at once like most sugar laden desserts I come across. There is a slight avocado taste which is why I think the Florida avocados would be better in this recipe. Made a batch today and ate a serving dipping strawberries in it.

Had some today with strawberries and bananas. Can't say it tastes just like chocolate pudding but close. Think I will tweek the recipe a little, maybe add some chocolate extract. It does make me feel as if I am eating something really sinful.
