Chocolate Confetti
Recipe Description
I adapted this recipe from Company's Coming 150 Delicious Squares. I like a higher ratio of choclate mixture to marshmallow than the original calls for. I'm also a dark chocolate lover so I use 1/2 dark chocolate chips and 1/2 semi-sweet. I usually double this recipe and use a 10" x 15" cookie sheet.
Preparation Steps:Melt all of butter in microwave.

Time Needed:10 min.
Ingredients:1/2 C. Butter or Margarine
1 C. Peanut Butter, Smooth
2 C. Chocolate chips, semi-sweet or dark, to your taste
8oz (250g) bag Miniature coloured marshmallows
Serves:1 C. Peanut Butter, Smooth
2 C. Chocolate chips, semi-sweet or dark, to your taste

Approx 40 pcs depending on what size you prefer.
Directions:Combine melted butter and peanut butter in sauce pan on stove top on medium heat.
Stir constantly until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Cool until you can touch your palm to the bottom of sauce pan.
Add marshmallows and pour into 9' X 13" pan lined with parchment paper.
Cool in refrigerator until firm.
Slice and store in refrigerator.
I will keep mine in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Freezes well.
