I just came across a recipe for chocolate-covered coffee beans. It just calls for melting chocolate chips, and dipping espresso beans in them. However, it doesn't say whether the coffee beans should be roasted or not. Does anybody know?
(I got addicted to these things last year in a frugal way--took a test drive which paid in a mall gift certificate, and used the certificate at a store called The Coffee Beanery.
