I would like to share my recipe for Peanut butter easter candy
1/4 lb butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 lbs confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix all together, form into eggs or balls, refrigerate until firm, then just dip into your fav melted chocolate.. Sometimes if i have extra money i will top with some chopped peanuts.
