Chocolate Pudding Mix

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2/3 cup sugar
6 T. cornstarch
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Give as a gift with serving instructions.

To serve: Combine 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of pudding mix in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in 2 tsp. of butter or margarine and 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract. Pour into a serving dish. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 1 serving.

Makes enough mix for 7 servings of pudding.
