I've found a bread that my family likes. Now to find a recipe. We love ciabatta bread, white, whole wheat, multigrain. ANything goes.

The one I have bought is a triangular bun (ciabatta slipper?)

Anyone have a tried and true recipe?

I've never made it but I ate it at Panera Bread and it's delicious!
