Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Mix
1 3/4 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup mini marshmallows
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 3 months. Give as a gift with serving instructions.
To serve: Dissolve 3 tablespoons of mix in a cup of hot milk. Serves one.
Makes 3 1/2 cups of mix (enough for 18 to 19 cups of hot chocolate).
